U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal — Fluor-led Rock Island Integrated Services has maintained normal operations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, providing critical support to the U.S. Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal, the largest U.S. Government-owned weapons manufacturing arsenal. Through the implementation of social distancing measures such as limiting occupants to one per vehicle, enhanced cleaning protocols and wearing masks in public spaces, the team has been successful in its efforts to provide uninterrupted service to the Army.
Milliken Allen Plant Expansion — The Milliken Expansion Project has continued as planned during the COVID-19 pandemic. Fluor and our subcontractors are continuing to work and refine safety protocols as updated pandemic response guidelines and information become available. Safety protocols on site include temperature screening upon entry, social distancing in work areas including construction trailers, face coverings required when social distancing is not achievable, modified break and lunch schedule, additional bus services to reduce bus occupancy levels and additional cleaning services in break and common areas.
Idaho National Laboratory Site — Information Management (IM) specialists who support Fluor Idaho at the Idaho National Laboratory Site were tasked with preparing hundreds of employees to work remotely using company-provided laptop computers or enabling workers to securely use privately owned home computers or laptops. This massive telecommuting effort was needed to enable the company to continue supporting mission-critical cleanup work and programs in compliance with the 1995 Idaho Settlement Agreement and other pacts with the state of Idaho.

Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth is providing decontamination and decommissioning services for the U.S. Department of Energy at the former Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Piketon, Ohio.
New Delhi, India — To support employees and families in medical need, Fluor airlifted 10 oxygen concentrators from Houston to New Delhi in May 2021.
Fluor's New Delhi, India office donated nearly $63,000 to partially fund the development of low-cost COVID-19 testing kits for mass production through an initiative by the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. The New Delhi office also participated in a flagship program, "Mission Salamati," to provide 800,000 meals to families of migrant and daily-wage workers who lost their only source of income.
Gliwice, Poland — Fluor's Poland office is pleased to support its local hospital, Szpital Wielospecjalistyczny, in the fight against COVID-19 with a donation of 2,000 hygiene masks as well as PLN 40,000 towards the purchase of a respirator for newborns in the hospital's maternity ward.

Greenville, South Carolina — More than 100 employee volunteers from the Greenville, South Carolina office are continuing to deliver meals for Meals on Wheels on multiple routes throughout Greenville. Volunteers have implemented a no-contact pickup and delivery protocol that allows them to safely provide meals to those most in need in our community. Fluor is also supporting United Way of Greenville County through its COVID-19 Community Relief Fund.
